Come and join in the fun as we take you through one full hour of training based around cardio and general strength, fitness and wellness.

Small Group Training is a cost effective and enjoyable way to eliminate unwanted weight and burn stubborn fat. Group sessions are available to all, whether you are a client or member at Kennedy's or not! (Maximum class size is 10 people).

ONLY $15 FOR A 1 HOUR SESSION - NO COMMITTMENT, JUST PAY ON THE DAY.

If you are intending on doing 3 classes per week so you can make a significant dent into your fat stores and accelerate your muscle toning, we can organise the $45 to be on direct debit and you then get the bonus of being able to attend any or all of the 6 Group classes and you get unlimited access to Kennedy's Gym 6 days per week!
