Marie's StoryI was a member at Kennedy’s a year or so ago. A program was created for me by one of the Personal Trainers, and over the time I achieved my goals of improving my fitness, toning and losing a little weight. On reaching these goals, I thought this was all too easy and gave up the gym, thinking I could do it all myself. Not so…my weight slowly started to rise again and my general well being declined. There was always an excuse not to work out…too busy, too hot, too cold, etc. etc. A few months ago, I received a nice e-mail from Danny, inviting me to return to the gym. That was all I needed. I had a new goal too…. to look good for a very important wedding in August. Danny set up a new program and I was back. Since March this year, a combination of sensible eating and regular exercise at Kennedy’s has resulted in a weight loss of 7 kg and I feel great again. Thanks Danny. The gym doesn’t suit “Arnie style” massive body builders and the membership is a friendly bunch of locals, focussed on achieving their personal fitness goals when training… they are not intimidating! For anyone who is thinking about joining…just do it. Set yourself a goal and go for it. Danny and his Personal Trainers are ready to help you achieve your goal…they did it for me! |

James Hogben is a client whose training is based around his chosen sport of Water Skiing. James competes in National and International Competitions and spent some time last year travelling and competing throughout the USA and in Europe. Not a bad life for a young man of 19!

I began training at Kennedy's Personal Training studio about 10 years ago. I had been participating in Aerobics classes on a regular basis so my fitness level wasn't too bad, but my Personal Training sessions have not only helped to increase my overall fitness but also increased my strength throughout my entire body.
